You're not alone in your recovery.
Connect with others who've been through it β and come out stronger.

An ACL injury can feel isolating. The long road to recovery β the surgery, the ups & downs, the slow progress β is easier when you have people in your corner who walked the path.
The hard truth about ACL recovery β Surgery is the easy part ( it will be done in a day). Recovery ( it extends to months) is where most people quietly fall off.

This Program connects ACL patients with peers who've walked the same path, so no one has to recover alone.

I'm Karthik. I've had 3 ACL surgeries across both knees over 17 years. I'm currently in active recovery for my 3rd ACL surgery (that happened in Novβ25) as I write this.
I built ACL Peer Support Program because i realised that the biggest difference across my three recoveries was β having someone to check in with every week . During my third recovery, i had a peer in my corner β someone who had been on the similar operating table, in similar brace, on similar crutches β that made the recovery manageable.
My surgeon was excellent. My physio did excellent job with rehab. They did exactly what they're meant to do β and they did it well. But there's a part of recovery that sits outside their scope: the in-between moments, the bad days, the "is this normal?" , βwill i ever recover?β, β i am left behind and others are moving on with life?
ACL Peer Support Program is built to sit alongside your surgeon and physio, not in place of them. Think of it as the layer that makes everything they're doing actually stick.

Peer support is now an established model in other recoveries like spinal cord injury, amputee, and chronic diseases rehab β with research showing it improves treatment adherence and increases recovery confidence.
ACL recovery is one of the largest patient groups still without a structured peer support layer in India. This program is trying to bridge that gap.
